What does Plandentic cost?

Plandentic is in beta and not on sale yet. When it opens there are two plans, Standard and Pro, both priced per clinic by team size, and neither counts your treatment plans.

Do I need to change my current dental software?

No. Plandentic runs alongside your existing clinic software. We do not replace scheduling, billing, or patient records - we add what is missing.

How many treatment plans can I create?

As many as you need. Treatment plans, patients, sends and portal views are never counted, on either plan.

How many people can use it?

Standard covers teams up to 15 users and Pro any size. A user is anyone on your team with a login.

What happens when a trial or a plan ends?

Your clinic becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still export everything, and the plan links your patients hold keep working. After that the clinic closes and its data is scheduled for deletion.

Is my patient data safe?

Files and AI processing run in AWS Frankfurt, with EU-only inference. There are no third-party trackers anywhere in the product, and the patient portal carries none at all. Permissions are enforced on the server, every data export is logged, and you can export your data in full at any time.
